Terms Of Service

  • Product will be delivered digitally (i.e. email, Discord, DM, etc.).

  • Seller is not responsible for loss of product once it is delivered.

  • Customer is required to send at least 3 reference images for their commissions. AI generated content is not eligible.

  • Customer has right to three (3) complete revisions in the sketching phase. For commissioned sketches, Customer has right to one (1) complete revision.

  • Customer has right to reasonable amounts of minor edits after completion (i.e. eye color change)

  • Must be paid in USD through Venmo.

  • Half payment due up front for orders above $60.

  • Customer can ask for a refund on orders with no progress for 2 consecutive weeks, or when work has not been completed within 2 months.

  • Customer is required to contact the seller in a fast and responsive manner.

  • Products cannot be used for commercial use.

  • Seller can cancel and refund any order at any time.

  • Customer does not hold the right to use the product in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space.

  • Customer does not hold the right to use the product in any AI-related technology, including submitting for datasets, and any future inventions in the space.

FAQ

How are prices calculated?
My prices are calculated based on time taken to produce the finished piece at a rate of $20/hr. As I use Procreate, I do not need to replenish physical materials, so solely time has been factored into prices.Do you accept tips?
Yes! They are not mandatory at all, but they are appreciated.What are acceptable references?
Literally anything except for AI generated slop. I'll take stick figures on a napkin scanned with a toaster in my bathtub before I accept AI references.What will you not draw?
NSFW, mecha, anthro/furries, and animals. Fantasy species like tieflings and viera are accepted, as they are mostly human in anatomy!

Regular Commission Info

  • The services listed beneath each art type are the only ones offered for that art type. (I'm not doing sketch backgrounds or monochrome backgrounds, essentially).

  • Additional body parts, in this context, means anything outside of basic humanoid anatomy. Wings, tails, additional eyes, horns, etc. are all under this umbrella.

  • You can mix and match styles, if you would like. For example, you could order a sketch of your character and a fully colored and shaded bust on the same order and same canvas. Details can be discussed when you place your order.

Monochrome Lineart
A single flat color and solid lines.

Flat Color
Full coloring but without shading or rendering.

Paper Doll Info

  • Base paper doll commissions will be a nude (or wearing basic underwear) full body, fully colored and shaded piece. Genitalia can be included or excluded, for a more doll-like look in the nude layer.

  • Up to three (3) outfits can be taken per order, with an additional charge per outfit.

  • Additional charges also are incurred on a sliding scale based on intensity and depth of scarring and/or body modifications such as tattoos and piercings.

  • For the purposes of pricing, mobility aids are considered part of the base body, and are not charged extra to be included. Additional designs of said mobility aids (different colors, patterns, sizes, etc.) beyond the base design will be considered add ons.

  • Clothing layers cannot be ordered separately from base layers. Clothing layer prices are not inclusive of a base layer; add the two together to determine the price of the commission.
